MASTER BUSINESS LICENSE PROGRAM

To streamline licensing, improve equity, and ensure consistent oversight across all types of businesses operating in NOTL.

To strengthen regulation, enforcement, and community impact mitigation of STR's.

Status: Approved

Key Provisions: New license limits, clearer definitions, and enhanced compliance measures.

To address increasing concerns over non-agricultural commercial activities on protected agricultural lands.

Status: Passed

Direction: Staff to review current policies and propose clearer boundaries on allowable uses.

To phase out the existing discretionary grant program and replace it with a more focused funding stream.

Status: Approved

New Initiative: Creation of a community and Youth initiatives Grant Program starting in 2026.
